Please Note - Changes to T&C for 2003 Forthwith and for the remainder of 2003, Solution Management has decided to change its cancellation terms in favour of the client. NO cancellation charges are payable providing we are informed at least 24 hours in advance, you re-book for a later date, and we have agreed the cancellation. This cancellation can be made by telephone or email as well as by letter. Our mobile number is 07771 610881. This change has been made to allow the hotel to take advantage of late booking guests and is, therefore, particularly advantageous to smaller establishments who may prefer not to lose the revenue from such bookings. |
