Each Report we produce is between 3,000 and 6,000 words (approximately 8-16 pages in total). They can be provided in one of two formats, Brief or Verbose. The Hotel Letdown sample report is in Brief format and the Hotel Aspire sample report is in Verbose format. You choose to receive your Report in which ever format you prefer. Cat 1 hotels have one to 5 bedrooms, Cat 2 hotels have 6-19 bedrooms and Cat 3 hotels have 20 or more bedrooms.

Within the reports we do use a star grading system but these are only to provide a quick, visual summary. They do not constitute a rating that is comparable with or can be used alongside the ratings issued by the AA, RAC, various tourist boards, Egon Ronay or any other organisation.
