If you qualify for a 'Special Price', that is you have been approached by us because we are in your area between given dates, then you can get a very good idea of the cost of SMIHE's service using the following formula:

In addition, the client is required to reimburse the full cost of the consultant's bill. This is to include dinner, bar and recreation facilities where assessed for the report. |

ExamplesA small B&B charging £25 per night could expect to pay:£200+(2*25) = £250 plus approx. £25 reimbursement, assuming no dinner or additional items on basic bill. A medium sized hotel charging £50 per night could expect to pay:

Bespoke PricesBespoke prices are very similar to those above except that we charge travel costs of 40p per mile on top of the rates shown. Additional consultants are usually charged at the 'Hotel Cat' rate but please check this with us first; particularly if you have made any special requests. What's IncludedLarger hotels generally have more facilities and hence there is more to evaluate. This is one of the reasons for having a tiered pricing system based on the Hotel Cat. The accompanying table indicates what will be included in the report for your Hotel Category.
